The full process: what we need from you, what we do behind the scenes, and how the report reaches your physician.
Sign in to our HIPAA-aligned portal — your identity and any case information stay end-to-end encrypted. No PHI ever moves through email.
Drag-drop labs (PDF), imaging (DICOM/JPG/PNG), pathology, and clinical notes. Tell us the specific question your physician needs answered.
A matched specialist (or multi-specialist board) reviews the case. You can see review progress in the portal. Most reports complete in 5–10 business days.
A clinical coordinator reads the question, confirms the records are complete, and reaches out within 24 hours if anything is missing. You'll know exactly what's needed.
We match the case to a credentialed specialist (or panel) based on subspecialty fit, imaging modality, and clinical question. Reviewer credentials are disclosed on the report.
The reviewer works through findings, differential, and recommendations. For complex cases, a tumor board or multi-specialist call is convened.
The advisory is uploaded to the portal and delivered to your treating physician via the channel they prefer — secure download, fax to office, or scheduled phone call.
Findings, differential, and stepwise recommendations — written in clinical language for your doctor, with cited references.
A plain-language version of the advisory you can read yourself, available on request.
30-minute physician-to-physician phone call with the reviewer — included with our Comprehensive tier.
